Why I Love Being A Therapist
I am able to walk alongside a diverse range of people of all backgrounds and hear their stories. Through the relationship formed, I am given the privilege of guiding them to make choices that help them reach their ideal self and move away from pain and suffering they feel stuck in.
The Problem I Help Clients Overcome
Many clients feel judged or unheard by family, friends, or even past therapists. This can make it difficult for them to feel safe to explore and work through challenging thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in their personal lives and relationships.
I aim to provide a space that is empathetic and validating, while also encouraging clients to build autonomy and take meaningful steps toward the change they desire.
As a result, clients find that they feel comfortable to start the hard work on themselves and begin to prioritize what they value most.
After Working With Me
I hope my clients feel relief, genuinely feel heard and understood, and move forward with a new sense of confidence in their life.
Experience
Over the past 8 years, I've worked in hospitals, clinics, and private practice settings, supporting clients through the worst times in their lives. I pride myself on the relationships I’ve built through collaborative and supportive care I’ve provided. I remain dedicated to providing effective, evidence-based care to individuals and couples as they navigate unexpected detours and rocky terrain in their lives.
