Why I Love Being A Therapist

I get to help people feel connected—to themselves and others—and to know that they matter. There’s something deeply meaningful about watching someone regain confidence in themselves and begin facing life’s challenges with a sense of strength and clarity.

The Problem I Help Clients Overcome

Simply put, there are times when life feels heavier than it should—overwhelming or just plain hard. In those moments, people often feel anxious, down, or unsure about their next steps. Hello, self-doubt.

My role isn’t just to offer tools or strategies, but to provide a space where you feel truly seen and supported. When we feel connected and understood, it becomes easier to trust ourselves again, make choices that are true to who we are, and start building a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and healthy.

After Working With Me

I want my clients to feel like they’re not alone, and that how they feel makes sense. I hope they leave feeling more grounded, more confident in handling what comes their way, and more connected to who they are and what matters most.

Experience

With over a decade of experience as a licensed therapist, I bring a trauma-informed lens and advanced training in relationship-centered and brain-based therapies. I’ve supported teens, adults, couples, and professionals through life transitions, anxiety, grief, and relational challenges.

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique experience—whether you're navigating a major change, feeling stuck in your relationships, or carrying the weight of stress or self-doubt. My goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, their values, and the relationships that matter most.

Something About Me

In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature, traveling, or sitting at my easel for a painting class. These activities help me relax, stay present, and recharge.
