Why I Love Being A Therapist

To hold space for others as they heal, helping them to find their worth and value, and providing a non-judgmental experience.

The Problem I Help Clients Overcome

For various reasons, most people struggle to name their emotions and then to know what to do with them as well as how to handle others’ emotions.

I utilize an integrative non-judgmental approach to allow clients to expand their capacity for their emotions and establish healthy boundaries when dealing with other’s emotions.

Clients experience a calm, open, and welcoming environment as they improve understanding their emotions and relationships with others.

After Working With Me

I hope my clients feel seen and know that they are worthy of love and belonging.

Something About Me

To recharge, I love to spend time outside, either on a hike, sitting in the sunshine on a swing or you can find me inside doing something creative like painting, diamond painting, or putting together a puzzle.

you will never know how amazing you are.”
